Die Ferienwohnung ist mit vielen Extras ausgestattet (z.B. Wasserkocher, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Fön) und wird von einer Dame betreut, die für Sauberkeit und Wäsche sorgt. Die Terrasse hat eine Markise und einen Sonnenschirm zum Schutz in den Sommermonaten. In allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen sind Klimaanlagen installiert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: große Supermärkte im Ort Mercadona, Carrefour, Lidl, etc. und viele kleine spanische Obst- und Gemüseläden, sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt unten im Haus. An der Strandpromenade finden Sie Cafés und Speiselokale für jeden Geschmack. Volleyballfeld, Kinderspielplätze und Tauchschule befinden sich direkt am Strand. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher-Apartment und Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet.
